摘要
对高速变频三相异步电机开发中遇到的关键技术进行了研究,使用有限元法对转子强度和临界转速进行了校核并提出了抑制振动的方法。最终测试结果表明,电机各项技术指标满足设计要求。
Abstract: The key technologies met in the develop- ment of high-speed frequency-control motors were studied, the rotor strength and critical speed was reviewed by means of FEA method and way to eliminate the vibration was pre- sented. Final test results stated that all technical data of the motor meeting with the design requirement.
