高速鼠笼电机转子临界转速的计算与分析

摘要 转子系统是鼠笼电机中的重要部件之一,其临界转速的计算是现代转子系统设计中的重要问题。针对采用传递矩阵法计算复杂组合构件时误差较大的问题,根据某转子的几何模型建立了精确的实体网格模型,使用Ansys求解器计算得到转子的临界转速与振型,克服了传递矩阵法模拟复杂结构时存在的不足。 Rotor system is an important part of the squirrel cage motor. The calculation of the critical speed of the roto-r is a key problem in modem rotor system design. As the calculation of complicated components using the tran-sfer matrix method would cause large error, precise grid model of the entity was built according to its geometric model, after which the critical speed and the vibration mode were obtained through calculation in Ansys solver, thus the shortcomings of transfer matrix method in complicated simulation were made up.
