摘要
随着环境问题对公民影响的日益加深,环境与公民的关系问题成为当前理论研究的热点内容。从历史发展脉络分析,环境正义理论把公平正义从社会领域引入到生态领域,并对公民权责分配问题进行论述,指出环境正义与不正义的矛盾统一性。环境权利理论主要从公民的环境权利问题展开,对自由主义公民权与共和主义公民权所遭遇的生态困境进行研究。在对环境正义理论和权利理论进行历史考察的基础上,我们提出了推进绿色公民主体性发展的基本理念,并在绿色消费、绿色实践、绿色保障等主要方面展开有益性探讨。
With the increasing impact of environmental problems on citizens, the relationship between environment and citizens has become the hot topic of current theoretical research. From the historical development, the theory of environmental justice introduces fairness and justice from the social field to the eco- logical field, and discusses the issue of the distribution of citizens＇ rights and responsibilities, and points out the contradictory unity of environmental justice and injustice. The theory of environmental rights main- ly focuses on the environmental rights of citizens, and studies the ecological dilemma faced by liberal citi- zenship and republican citizenship. On the basis of historical investigation on the theory of environmental justice and rights, we put forward the basic idea of promoting the development of green citizens＇ subjectivity, and explored the advantages of green consumption, green practice and green security.
