摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病严重并发症之一。从天然有机产物结构出发,根据已报道的相关作用机制,结合其化学结构,综述黄酮类、酚酸类、生物碱类和苷类等天然小分子化合物改善糖尿病肾病的研究进展,以期为寻找高效、低毒的治疗糖尿病肾病的先导化合物提供帮助。
Diabetic nephropathy is a serious complication of diabetes. This paper focused on small-molecule natural compounds with potential therapeutic effects in treating diabetic nephropathy. Based on previous reports on mechanisms of action, research progress in improvement of diabetic nephropathy by small-molecule organic compounds of different structure types was reviewed, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, alkaloids and glycosides, so as to help with the search for effective and low-toxic lead compounds for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
