离心式冷压缩机设计及液氮低温实验 被引量:1

Design of centrifugal cold compressor and liquid nitrogen experiment

摘要 在大型氦制冷装置中,通过离心式冷压缩机来获得过冷氦和超流氦在国际上已经成为了主流趋势。为了改善EAST系统现有的过冷氦系统,等离子体物理研究所设计了冷压缩机来替代油环泵系统。介绍了离心式冷压缩机的叶轮设计,以及在低温环境下的特殊的绝热结构,并针对自主设计加工的冷压机,在液氮温度下进行了低温测试,获得离心式冷压缩机的喘振曲线。 The centrifugal cold compressor is used to obtain subcooled helium and superfluid helium in the large helium refrigeration plants, which has become the main trend. To improve the efficiency of the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST) subcooled helium cryogenic system, a centrifugal cold compressor was investigated as an alternative to oil ring pump. The impeller and the heat insulation were described in this paper. The surge curve of cold compressor was obtained by liquid nitrogen experiment.
