摘要
目的为了解噪声、苯系物对运输设备制造厂作业工人的健康影响情况,从而为如何更加有针对性的开展职业病危害防护、预防职业病提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法对某运输设备制造厂2016年度接触噪声和苯系物作业工人健康检查数据进行汇总分析。结果该运输设备制造厂同时接触噪声和苯系物的工人共计553人(其中女职工57人);本次体检中各检查项目的异常检出率依次为中上腹B超(51.36%)、血糖血脂(25.32%)、肾功能(22.60%)、心电图(18.63%)、血常规(16.70%)、肝功能(14.88%)、尿常规(14.03%)、血压(12.3%)、纯音听阈测试(12.12%)、胸部正位DR(11.21%)。纯音听阈测试结果显示在40岁以上的工人中发生听力损失的比率为26.11%,明显高于20~29岁年龄组(6.01%)和30~39岁年龄组(8.75%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=40.801,P<0.01)。女性噪声作业人员听力损失检出率(12.28%),男性噪声作业人员听力损失检出率(12.10%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.002,P=0.968)。白细胞计数低于正常值检出率1.81%,血小板计数低于正常值检出率1.45%。结论该企业应加强接触噪声和苯系物作业人员的健康监护工作,通过体检对早期的异常进行干预。
Objective In order to know the influence of occupational hazards on the health of workers exposed to benzene series and noise in the transportation equipment manufacturing plant,and provide scientific basis for how to carry out the occupational protection and prevention of occupational diseases.Methods a cross-sectional survey was conducted to analyze the health examination of workers exposed to noise and benzene series in the transportation equipment manufacturer in 2016.Results A total of 553 workers(of which 57 female employees)contacted noise and benzene at the same time.Abnormal detection ratein the examination were abdominal B Ultrasound(51.36%),blood sugar(25.32%),renal function(22.60%),cardiogram(18.63%),blood routine(ECG 16.70%),liver function(14.88%),urine(14.03%),blood pressure(12.3%),pure tone audiometry(12.12%),chest DR(11.21%).Pure tone audiometry showed that the rate of hearing loss was 26.11%in workers over the age of 40,which was significantly higher than that in the 20~29 age group(6.01%)and 30~39 age group(8.75%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=40.801,P0.001).The detection rate of hearing loss of female workers exposed to noise(12.28%),while the male workers(12.10%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.002,P=0.968).The white blood cell count was lower than the normal value(1.81%),and the platelet count was lower than the normal value(1.45%).Conclusion It is suggested that the enterprise should strengthen the work of health monitoring of these workers,and carry out intervention through the physical examination to the early abnormity.
