摘要
乙烯装置汽油分馏塔的堵塞问题一直是困扰化工装置安全稳定运行的难题。文中介绍了一种在线清堵技术,通过测量塔盘层间压力以及Tracerco诊断塔扫描技术判断堵塞位置。确定堵塞位置后,采用带压开孔方法增设清洗口,并用高压水清理结垢,从而达到缓解堵塞的目的。
Gasoline fractionators clogging in ethylene plants has always been the most urgent problem to be solved for the stable and safe operation of chemical plants.This article introduces an online cleaning technology which utilizes pressure measurement between column trays and column scanning technology of Tracerco diagnosis to determine the clogging position.After this,hot-tapping method is used to punch washing holes and high-pressure water is used to remove fouling so that clogging could be mitigated.
