摘要
针对大管径燃气管道带压封堵的难点,提出了气囊和灌浆封堵相结合的新封堵技术,并介绍了该技术首次在马钢DN1800 mm高炉煤气和DN1200 mm焦炉煤气管道封堵作业中的成功应用过程。通过对此封堵创新技术成功应用过程的分析研究,得出了气囊和灌浆封堵相结合的新封堵技术特点。
This paper presents a new creative pipe sealing technology combining grout sealing with airbags, aiming at the difficulties in pressurized sealing of large diameter gas pipelines. The successful application of the technology in the DN1800 mm BFG pipeline and DN1200 mm COG pipeline OF MaSteel is introduced. Through analysis and study of the suc-cessful application of the technology, the characteristics of the new sealing technology combin-ing grouting with airbags are discussed.
