摘要
针对煤泥浮选过程可浮性越来越差的特征,提出了基于能量输配的浮选过程设计方法,通过增强流体流动以强化难浮物料的分选过程。研究表明,随着浮选的进行,上浮单位精煤可燃体回收率所消耗的能量逐渐增加,需构建越来越强的能量条件,来适配物料可浮性在浮选中越来越差的物性变化特征,以实现过程设计与物性特征的最佳耦合;在此基础上,开发了煤泥两段式分选过程。两段式分选过程保证了易浮物料的精煤质量,其高紊流环境也实现了难浮物料的强制回收。
Characteristically, fine coal flotation is a process during which the floatability of coal particles tends to become gradually deteriorated. In view of the characteristics of the process, an alternative process is proposed. The process works on energy input and distribution principle, based on which the in- tensified separation of difficuh-to-separate material can be made by enhancing the flow of fluid. It is re- vealed through study that: with the extension of flotation process, more and more specific energy is con- sumed for the floating of a unit mass of combustible matter; and in this case, sufficient energy input should be made available, so as to enable the process to be well adaptable to the variation of feed material in floatability and physical property, and to ensure the process design is well suited to the physical prop- erty of feed material. On the basis of the findings as described above, a 2-stage flotation process is devel- oped. The use of the process can ensure not only the quality of the concentrate of the easy-to-float materi- al, but also the forced recovery of the difficult-to-float material by dint of its high turbulence energy.
