搅拌强度变化对煤泥浮选中药剂吸附的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在煤泥浮选过程中,捕收剂与煤炭颗粒的吸附是影响浮选效果的关键因素,通过应用湍流场中颗粒的碰撞效应公式以及导出公式.从理论上分析了浮选机中叶轮转速与药剂分散强度的关系,以及药剂分散强度与碰撞频率之间的关系,并结合实验室药剂吸附试验对理论分析结果进行了验证.结果证明:叶轮转速的提高可以有效提高捕收剂在煤粒表面的吸附量,尤其是-0.074mm煤泥,提高的效果明显;而对于+0.074mm煤泥,搅拌强度过高会降低药剂在煤粒表面的吸附量。 In coal slime flotation,the adsorption of collector is an important factor to influence the flotation result.The collision frequency formulas of particles in turbulent flow field and the formulas which derived from the former ones were used to analyze the relationship between the dispersion of the reagents and the agitation speeds,the relationship between the dispersion of the reagents and the collision frequencies ofcoal particles and reagents drops in theory.Also,laboratory tests were done to verify the influence of agitation intensity on reagents adsorption.The results showed that the increase of agitation speed could effectively increase the reagents adsorption of coal particles,especially in -0.074mm coal slime flotation;for +0.074mm coal slime,too large agitation speed may worsen the reagents adsorption.
