摘要
护理科研是用科学方法反复探索、解决护理领域的问题,直接或间接指导护理实践的过程。本文就护理人员自身学历、职称、所在科室、职务、工作年限和性别等自身条件对护理人员科研的影响进行综述。
Nursing scientific research is to use scientific methods to constantly explore and solve the nursing problem, and guide nursing practice directly or indirectly. This review summarizes the influence of nursing staffs＇ education background, title, department, position, working age and gender on their scientific research ability.
