摘要
目的分析手足口病患儿的免疫功能。方法选取328例手足口病患儿,检测其血清Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、C3、C4水平,以58例同期健康体检儿童作为对照组进行比较。结果普通组与对照组的Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、C4水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症组与对照组的Ig G、Ig A水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);普通组与重症组的Ig M水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四个不同年龄组儿童的Ig G、Ig A水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ig M水平在<1岁组最低,与其他组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感染手足口病毒后,患儿的免疫功能会发生改变,Ig G、Ig M、Ig A水平变化明显,而C3、C4水平则相对稳定,按年龄分组讨论手足口病更有实际指导意义。
Objective To analyze the immune function of children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods 328 cases of children with HFMD were selected, and their serum IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4 levels were detected. The results were compared with 58 cases of healthy children selected as the control group at the same period. Results Statistical difference was found in the IgG, IgM, IgA and C4 levels between common group and control group (P 〈0.05). Statistical difference was found in the IgG and IgA levels between severe group and control group (P〈0.05). Statistical difference was found in the IgM level between common group and severe group (P〈0.05). Statistical difference was found in the IgG and IgA levels among four different age groups (P〈0.05). IgM level was lowest in 〈1 year group, had statistical difference with those of other groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions The immune function changes after children are infected with HFMD viruses. The IgG, IgM and IgA levels significantly change, but C3 and C4 levels are relatively stable. It is more practical to discuss HFMD in different age groups.
