摘要
目的总结小儿手足口病的预防和控制对策,为小儿传染病防治工作提供参考。方法选择90例手足口病患儿,总结患儿具体治疗情况,分析预防、控制措施。结果 90例手足口病患儿治疗总有效率为91.11%,退热时间均值为(2.50±0.60)d、住院时间均值为(3.60±1.10)d。结论有效的预防以及控制利于手足口病患儿的治疗以及康复。
Objective To summarize the prevention and control measures of hand foot mouth disease in children, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in children. Methods 90 children with hand foot mouth disease were selected, the specific treatment of children was summarized, and the prevention and control measures were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of 90 cases of hand foot mouth disease was 91.11%, the mean time of fever abatement was （2.50± 0.60） d, and the average hospitalization time was （3.60 ± 1.10） d. Conclusion Effective prevention and control is beneficial to the treatment and rehabilitation of children with hand foot mouth disease.
