摘要
目的:采用健脾清化方联合西药对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃炎(脾虚湿热证)患者进行治疗,并分析其治疗效果及Hp的清除率。方法:观察我院近3年来采用健脾清化方联合西药治疗的Hp感染性胃患者50例作为本次研究的观察组,同期行西药治疗的慢性胃炎患者50例作为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果及Hp清除率。结果:观察组中医证候改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%),高于对照组(76.0%);观察组Hp根除率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾清化方治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎效果确切,能有效改善患者各项中医症状,同时提高Hp的根除率,安全可靠,是一种值得推广的治疗方案。
Objective： To treat Pelicobacter pylori （Hp） infectious gastritis （spleen damp heat syndrome） patients with Jianpi Qinghua Recipe combined with western medicine, and to analyze the therapeutic effect and Hp removal rate. Methods： Observing our hospital in recent 3years with Jianpi Qinghua Recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of Hp infec- tious gastritis in 50patients as observation group, 50cases treated with western medicine as controlled group, compared the two groups of patients with treatment effect and the clearance rate of Hp. Results ： The observation group was significantly better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the observation group （90%） was higher than that of the controlled group （76%）, and the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Helicobacter pylori gastritis is treated by Jianpi Qinghua Reci- pe has certain effect, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, and improve the eradication rate of Hp, safe and relia- ble, worthy of clinical promotion.
