摘要
针对铝合金机油滤座铸件冒口耗费铝液较多且容易产生铸造缺陷的问题,提出了无冒口铸造工艺设计方法,经过工艺试验和改进,该工艺取得了成功。结果表明,采用这种工艺,不仅消除了铸造缺陷,提高了产品的成品率,而且还节约了大量的原材料,降低了生产成本。
For aluminum alloy oil filter block casting riser cost of liquid aluminum and more prone to casting defects problem, without riser casting process design method was put forward, through process test and improvement, the process method was a success. The results show that this method not only eliminates casting defects, improves product yield, but also saves a lot of raw materials and reduces production costs.
