摘要
目的探究综合护理干预对小儿高热惊厥患儿临床症状及家属护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院2015年10月-2016年10月收治的小儿高热惊厥患儿50例,根据随机数字表法将所有患儿分为两组。给予对照组患儿常规护理,在此基础上给予观察组患儿综合护理干预,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果两组相比,对照组患儿家属护理满意度显著低于观察组,观察组患儿住院时间、惊厥消失时间及退热时间较短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预可有效减少患儿住院时间,快速缓解其临床症状,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective To explore the efect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and satisfaction of family members in children with febrile seizures. Methods Fifty patients with fever and convulsions were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016. All children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. On this basis, the children in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursing efect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the observation group, the satisfaction rate of the nurses in the control group was signifcantly lower than that in the observation group. The time of hospitalization, the time of seizure disappearance and the time of fever were shorter （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the hospital stay time, quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the family nursing satisfaction.
