摘要
针对自动巡线无人机对输电线路识别、测距实时性要求高和载荷重量轻的需求,采用160×120像数单色微型CCD摄像头,结合硬件二值化快速处理电路,对输电线路采集的25帧/秒连续图像信号进行高速数字化处理。特别设计了基于二值化图像处理的平均线径提取算法,并对其过程与步骤进行了优化。依据标定阈值计算输出无人机相对输电线路的距离、速度等参数,作为飞控系统的巡线、避障控制依据。实际测试表面,该设计具有实时性块、载荷轻、可靠性高的特点。
in view of the automatic surveillance drones on transmission line recognition,ranging high real-time demand and the demand of the load is light weight,the number of 160 x 120 as monochromatic miniature CCD camera,combining hardware binarization processing circuit quickly,the acquisition of 25 frames per second on transmission line continuous image for high speed digital signal processing. Then,specially designed based on the binary image processing,the average diameter of extraction algorithm,and the process and steps are optimized. Finally,according to the calibration threshold calculated output unmanned aerial vehicle( uav) relative to the transmission line parameters such as distance,speed,as the flight control system of patrol,obstacle avoidance control basis. Surface of actual test,the design has a real-time block,the characteristics of the load is light,high reliability.
