摘要 为了解无人机在台风灾后应急巡检中可以发挥的作用和应用局限,在2014年第14号台风"海鸥"登陆湛江地区以后,运用3种比较主流的电力巡检无人机开展了巡检工作,对闪络故障点、线行环境以及沿线安全距离等进行了检查确认。巡检结果表明,无人机飞行受气象条件影响大,一定程度上影响了应急巡检的时效性,但是对于尽快全面掌握灾后沿线受灾情况,辅助应急响应策略制定仍然具有很好的应用价值。 In order to understand effect and application limit of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in post-disaster emergency inspection after typhoon,three mainstream electric power inspection UAVs were used for inspection after No.14 Typhoon Kalmaegi landing on Zhanjiang in2014 so as to check and confirm flashover fault points,line environment and safe distance along lines.Inspection results indicate that flying of UAV is greatly affected by weather conditions which may affect timeliness of emergency inspection to a certain extent but has good application value for totally mastering disaster conditions along lines and assisting in formulating emergency response strategies.
