摘要 为了提升电动汽车的续驶里程,该文利用CAE软件对某电动汽车开发项目中影响续驶里程的主要因素灵敏度进行了分析,制定了实车优化方案,并进行了新欧洲汽车行驶循环工况(NEDC)下的续驶里程测试。测试结果显示,续驶里程达到264.2 km,提升了11.5%。有效地提升了整车的续驶里程,为后续车型开发提供了经验。 In order to upgrade cruising range of the electric vehicle, in this paper, based on the development of an electric vehicle development project, the sensitivity that affects the cruising range is analyzed using CAE software. The test vehicle adopted the optimization plan and carried out the continuous mileage test under NEDC. The results show that the cruising range reached 264.2 km, up 11.5%. It can effectively improve the cruising range of the vehicle and provide reference for the development of subsequent models.
