基于神经网络的高校会议资源智能调度系统算法研究

摘要 会议是学校日常办公处理事务的重要手段,是办公流程中不可缺少的重要环节。学校现有的会议安排方式是各部门各自为政,往往会出现会议室资源冲突以及与会人员重复等问题,针对此问题,文章提出会议资源智能安排系统,基于BP神经网络算法,通过对网络的训练达到用户拟定会议类型和会议级别及会议人数,系统即可智能安排会议时间地点。在满足会议室预约调度的基础上进一步对拟定参会人员进行冲突检测,解决了会议资源配置问题。 The meeting is important means of school daily office affairs and an important link in business process.lt is the main way that the various departments arrange the meeting itself.Lacking of coordination often cause the problem that the meeting room resource conflicts and participants repeated. For this problem, this paper provide the conference resources intelligent scheduling system, based on BP neural network algorithm.By training the network, the system can arrange time and place of the meeting intelligently according to the type and level 仙d the number of participants. On the basis of ference room reservation,the system can detect the conflict of participants , resolving the problem of meeting resource all-ocation.
