摘要
建立患者与医院之间的信息对称是深化公立医院改革,缓解与改善医患关系的一种主要途径。我院通过调研、研发、实践等过程,开发了一个新型门诊医师排班系统,科室直接将医师排班录入HIS系统,审核通过后直接生成号源,并对外网链接公示,建成了一种面向患者、即时信息公开、操作性方便的门诊医师出诊安排系统。新系统不仅减少了传统人工排班的出错率,且有利于患者了解医院及时信息,提高了医院的公信力与管理能力。
The establishment of information symmetry between patients and hospitals is a major way to relieve the relationship between doctors and patients,and also as part of deepening public hospital reform. Through the process of research and practice,our hospital has been developing a new type of doctors' scheduling system which is each clinic department directly enter their schedules by the HIS system. After the approval of the system,the doctors scheduling will be available to the public through the internet. Thus,a patient-centered,information-disclosed and operational outpatient doctors' cheduling system is be established. The new system improves the hospital management ability that not only reduces the error rate of traditional artificial scheduling,but also shares hospital information with patients in time.
