摘要
首次从CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂单组分和配方的最佳氧系数值着手,以探索燃烧过程中为Al提供O源的组分为目标,计算和分析了CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂主要能量示性数和燃气组分的变化规律。结果表明:Al添加量与CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂的比冲,氧系数,燃气中(H_2O+CO_2)、CO、CO_2和H_2O质量百分数线性相关,认为推进剂基体的一次燃烧产物CO_2和H_2O为Al的燃烧提供O源。Al的最佳添加量为5%~10%时,Isp^wAl的线性相关性系数R2为0.996。
The change law of energy characteristic number and fuel gas component of CL-20/Al-CMDB propellant was calculated and analyzed for the first time, in mind exploring the oxygen supply to Al of combustion process, starting with the optimum oxygen coefficient of single component and formulation. Results showed that the content of Al was linear dependent on impulse, oxygen coefficient and content of(H_2O+CO_2), CO, CO_2, H_2O in the fuel gas of CL-20/Al-CMDB propellant. And the primary basic combustion product provided oxygen supply to Al. When the optimum content of Al was 5%~10%,the linear dependence coefficient was 0.996.
