摘要
为了明确月见草种子(Oenothera biennis L.)的萌发特性,试验研究了不同浸种时间、不同浓度GA3和6-BA对月见草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,用清水浸种,16h时种子发芽情况最好,发芽势和发芽率都最高,分别为57.00%和34.00%,比对照组分别提高了103.57%和126.67%;随着GA3浓度的升高,月见草种子的发芽率、发芽指数均呈先上升后下降趋势,400 mg/L时种子发芽率达到峰值,为68.67%,高于对照77.58%;400mg/L的GA3对月见草种子的萌发有更好的促进作用;6-BA对月见草种子萌发的最适浓度为100mg/L,发芽率达到56.67%,比对照提高了46.55%。
In order to clarify germination characteristics of evening primrose seed,the experi-ment researched on the influence of different soaking time, concentrations of G A3 and con-centrations of 6-BA on evening primrose seed germination. The experimental results showed that when the seeds were soaked by 50 - 55 X water for 16h ,the seed germination potential and germination rate were the highest, which were 57. 00% and 34. 0 0 % respecitvely,103. 57% and 126. 67% higher than that of the control group. With the increase of GA 3 con-centration, the germination rate and germination index of evening primrose seed increased first and then decreased, and the germination rate reached 68. 67% at 400 m g / L of G A 3, which was increased by about 77. 58% compared with the control. That the has a better influence on evening primrose seed germination. The optimum concentration of 6- BA on evening primrose seed germination was 100 m g /L , under which the germination rate reached 56. 67%,a 46. 55 % increase compare to control.
