摘要
中国人民大学中国就业研究所发布的CIER指数能够反映劳动力市场的紧张程度。结合中国人民大学劳动人事学院雇主—雇员匹配数据(2013),对我国劳动者工资和劳动力市场紧张程度之间的关系进行的实证研究显示:在不完美劳动力市场中,当CIER指数大于0.4时,劳动力市场工资随劳动力紧缺度的上升而下降;当CIER指数小于0.4时,劳动力紧缺度对工资则表现出程度有限的正向效应。"CIER紧度"比CIER指数能更好地反映劳动力市场的紧张状况。
This paper estimated the relationship between the labor market wages and the degree of labor intensity, employing China's Employer-Employee Matching Data (2013) and the CIER Big-data Index proposed by China Institute for Employment Research, and the results partly verified the search-matc- hing models in an imperfect labor market (DMP Models). When the CIER index is greater than 0. 4, the labor market wage decreases with the increase of the labor intensity. Otherwise, the labor intensity shows a positive effect on the wage. In addition, the study also shows that "CIER tightness" may re- flect the tension in the labor market better thfin the CIER index.
