技能竞赛对数控实践教学改革的探索

摘要 《数控技术》是高校机械类专业的必修课,数控技术实践性强,应用面广,是当代制造业不可或缺的一门技术。高校学生在学习数控技术时,理解能力强,基础理论扎实,但是实践动手能力方面与技工院校学生比有很大的差距。开展专业技能教学培训与技能竞赛是提高本科学生职业能力和职业素养的有效途径。以工训中心建设为平台,搭建实践教学与培训竞赛桥梁,实现数控加工实践教学与技能竞赛有效链接。通过指导学生参加数控技能竞赛,提出技能竞赛对提高数控实践教学有积极的指导和推动作用。 "Numerical control technology'is a compulsory course of mechanical specialty in universities, with a strong practical application and wide application, which is an indispensable technology of contemporary manufacturing industry.College students have a strong understanding of numerical control technology and solid foundation theory, but there is a big gap between them in practice.It is an effective way to improve the professional competence and professional quality of undergraduate students.With the construction of the training center as the platform, the practice teaching and training competition is established as a bridge to realize the effective link of the teaching and skills competition of numerical control machining practice.By instructing students to participate in the numerical control skill competition, it is suggested that the skill competition will have positive guidance and impetus to improve the numerical control practice teaching.
