摘要
利用羧甲基壳聚糖处理染料废水,探讨了壳聚糖衍生物对染料废水脱色率、COD去除率的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖衍生物处理印染废水的最佳工艺为在振荡条件下,溶液pH调节至5.2,羧甲基壳聚糖用量70 mg/L,振荡时间90 min,静置时间2.5 h,振荡频率70 r/min。采用羧甲基壳聚糖处理印染废水能够明显提高废水的脱色率和COD去除率。
The carboxymethyl chitosan was used in decolorization of dye wastewater. The influence of carboxymethyl chitosan on the decolorization rate and COD removal rate was discussed. The results showed that the optimal process under oscillation was as follows: pH=5.2, dosage of carboxymethyl chitosan 70 mg/L, os- cillation time 90 min, standing time 2.5 h and oscillation frequency 70 r/min. The treatment of wastewater with carboxymethyl chitosan could significantly improve the decolorization rate and COD removal rate.
