摘要
利用活性炭和组合树脂对红枣浓缩汁进行脱色研究。在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验对红枣浓缩汁树脂脱色条件进行优化,脱色条件如下:树脂的填充高度为30 cm,枣汁的流速为1 BV/h,枣汁的温度为45℃。试验表明,先经活性炭处理,再经D-900和XAD761两种型号树脂柱组合串联处理后能达到预期脱色效果。
Concentrated jujube juice was decolorized by using activated carbon and composite resin. Based on the single factor experiments, the orthogonal test was employed to optimize the decolorate conditions. The results of optimum decolorate conditions were as follows: the filling height was 30 cm, the velocity was 1 BV/h, the temperature was 45 ℃. The experiment showed that after the treatment of activated carbon, the combination of D-900 and XAD761, the prospective decoloration was achieved.
