摘要
地铁车辆装配用到大量螺栓连接,但是装配过程中不乏螺栓连接失效现象。针对用量较大的M8×30规格普通外六角不锈钢螺栓,进行调整垫片和使用拧紧添加剂的单因素及其组合多因素影响螺栓连接的正交失效实验,采用方差分析和极差分析方法处理实验数据,得到了调整垫片和添加剂的使用对螺栓连接的影响程度,并得到螺栓连接过程中各因素最佳连接组合和最易失效连接组合。
A large number of bolt connections are used in the process of metro vehicle assembly, but there are lots of bolt failure phenomena. Selecting the M8 ×30 specification ordinary six angle stainless steel bolt as the research object, which is used in many bolt connects, the orthogonal failure experiment are made to ascertain the influence on bolt connection of the adjust gasket and the additives and their combination. The variance analysis and range analysis results show their influence degree. Moreover, the best and easiest to failure combination of various factors in bolt connection are received.
