摘要
教师是课堂教学改革的直接承担者和最终实践者,其优良的教育能力是课堂教学改革取得成效的重要保障。完善教师教育,应该促进教师实现以下方面的转型:教学理念上,实现传统向现代的转型;教学方法上,实现讲授向互动的转型;教学管理上,实现封闭向开放的转型;教学评价上,实现结果向过程的转型。
Teaching lies at the center of all the work in the school. In the twenty-first century, the "student centered" classroom teaching reform was recognized and implemented. As an important participant in classroom teaching reform, teachers are the direct undertaker. Their excellent educational ability is an important guarantee for the effectiveness of classroom teaching reform. To improve teacher education, we should help teachers realize the transformation in the following aspects: in teaching concepts, teachers should realize the transformation from tradi- tional to modem; in teaching methods, they should realize the transformation from teaching to interacting; in teach- ing management, they must realize the transformation from being closed to open; in teaching evaluation, they must realize the transformation from product to process.
