摘要
都市区成本较高,交通拥挤,创新企业为何仍愿意选择在都市区集聚?为何风险投资企业伴随创新企业集聚在都市区呢?又是什么影响着作为创新主力的大学生在都市区集聚呢?对企业的访谈表明,都市区交通便利、基础设施完善,利于创新企业吸引人才,增进创新能力,保持对外沟通联系,扩大公司业务。对大学生的问卷调查表明,就业机会、薪资水平和安全是影响创新人才在都市区集聚的主要因素。这一结论的意义在于,大城市需重视创新企业自身和人才的需求,其他郊县或中小城市需采取差异化竞争吸引创新企业。
Why are the innovative enterprises willing to agglomerate in the urban area in spite of high cost and crowded traffic？ Why do the innovative enterprises,followed by the venture capital enterprises, like to agglomerate in the urban area？ As a main force of innovation, college students also express their keen interest in the urban area, and what factors at-tract them？ The interviews with some enterprises show that urban area has the convenient transportation and perfect in-frastructure and the advantages are conducive to attracting innovative enterprises and talents, enhancing innovation ca- pacity,maintaining external communication and expanding business. A questionnaire survey of college students shows that employment opportunity,salary and safety are the main factors of talents’ gathering in the urban area. The conclusion shows that the large cities need to take into consideration the demands of innovative enterprises and talents while the suburbs, counties, and small or middle-sized cities need to take differentiated measures to attract innovative enterprises.
