摘要
培育农业职业经理人是现代农业发展的必然要求。农业供给侧结构性改革对培育农业职业经理人的要求更加迫切、任务更加具体。近几年成都积极探索、勇于实践,形成了值得借鉴、可供推广的培育农业职业经理人的"成都模式",在很大程度上助力成都优化发展都市现代农业,为农业增效、农村增值、农民增收提供了积极支持。
It＇s the requirement of modern agricultural development to cultivate agricultural professional manager. The de-mands for cultivating agricultural professional manager is urgent and the missions to accomplish this goal becomes more spe-cific due to the reform of the structure of agricultural supply side. Chengdu is active in exploration and bold in practice in the recent years and has formed a Chengdu model which is a model worthy oflearning and readily extendable for cultivating agri-cultural professional manager. It not only has great positive impact on optimizing and development of urban modern agriculture but also support to increase the efficiency ofagriculture , add higher valuesto rural areas and increase farmers＇ income actively.
