摘要
鉴于农民专业合作社职业经理人的培育一直存在较大的盲区,培育手段落后,培训效果不明显,与市场需求脱节。为提高农民专业合作社职业经理人的培育效果,首先应该营造有利于职业经理人成长的外部环境及内部环境,构架针对目前我国农村职业经理人特点的创新式培育模式,提高职业经理人的综合素质。为我国农业抵御国际市场冲击及加速我国农民专业合作社的发展提供人力资源保障。
The cultivation of professional manager in the farmers' specialized cooperative has dead zone for a long time.For example,the means of cultivation is behind the time,the results of fostering is inconspicuous and the fostering mode is deviated from the market demand.To improve the results of fostering of professional manager in the farmers' specialized cooperative,firstly,the external environment and the inner environment should be built to convenient the progress of professional manager;secondly,the whole fostering framework should be characterized by our country's professional manager in the farmers' specialized cooperative;thirdly,as a result the comprehensive quality of professional managers should be improved.To resist the impact of the international market for agricultural and to provide human resource security to accelerate the development of Chinese farmers' professional co-operatives.
