摘要
目的分析软式内镜消毒灭菌效果的试验监测结果。方法使用细菌检验与理化分析的方法 ,于2015年7月—2016年7月对该院现场抽样经消毒灭菌之后的42件内镜和其消毒剂加以检测,分析软式内镜消毒灭菌效果的监测结果以及不同消毒灭菌方法所获成效的比较。结果该院内镜消毒灭菌成效都合乎标准要求,42条内镜内腔的消毒合格率为95.2%。结论该院软式内镜消毒灭菌效果较高、程序规范,试验监测合格率高,但是在一些管理环节上还有待改善。
Objective To analyze the test supervision results of soft endoscopic disinfection and sterilization effect.Methods 42 endoscopes and their disinfectants after the disinfection and sterilization in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were tested by the bacterial test and physical and chemical analysis, and the supervision results of soft endoscopic Disinfection and sterilization effect and effect obtained by different disinfection and sterilization method were compared. Results The effect of disinfection and sterilization in our hospital can meet the requirements and the disinfection qualified rate of 42 endoscopes was 95.2%. Conclusion The effect of disinfection and sterilization of endoscopes in our hospital is high with standardized process and high quality rate of test supervision, however, some management links need to be improved.
