摘要
目的对比不同方法清洗手术室内镜器械的消毒效果。方法将120件需要清洗的内镜器械分成两组,对照组采用手工清洗+戊二醛浸泡灭菌的方法,实验组采用超声清洗机清洗+低温灭菌方法。结果目测法和琼脂糖培养后验证均发现,实验组的灭菌效果均高于对照组。组间数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声清洗机清洗和低温灭菌相结合的方法,可以提高内镜器械的灭菌效果。
Objective To compare the disinfection effect of different methods of cleaning and sterilization of the operation room mirror apparatus.Methods 120 of endoscopic instruments needing to be cleaned were divided into two groups. The control group was treated by hand washing and glutaraldehyde immersion sterilization. The experimental group was treated with ultrasonic cleaning machine and low temperature sterilization method. Results After agarose culture,the result shows that the sterilization effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination with ultrasonic cleaning machine and low temperature sterilization can improve the sterilization effect of endoscopic instruments.
