摘要
土地流转是实现农业产业化的前提和基础,而农业产业化的发展会让很多人对这样集中耕种的模式进行效仿,从而又能带动土地流转的发展。本文首先介绍了土地经营权流转和农业产业化经营的基本概念,分析了土地流转与农业产业化的关系,然后详细论述了土地经营权流转对农业产业化经营产生的积极和消极影响,并针对其消极影响,提出了积极推动龙头企业发展、发展农产品深加工及提高农业竞争力等对策。
Land circulation is the premise and foundation of the realization of agricultural industrialization, and the development of agricultural industrialization can let many people follow such concentrated cultivation mode, which can drive the development of land circulation. This paper introduces the basic concept of land management right circulation and agricultural industrialization operation and analyzes the relationship between land circulation and agricultural industrialization, then discusses the positive and negative effects of land management right circulation on agricultural industrialization operation in detail, finally, presents some countermeasures such as actively promoting the development of leading enterprises, developing deep processing of agricultural products and improving agricultural competitiveness to cope with the negative impacts.
