摘要
高质量发展是当今社会发展的重要标准和趋势。通过对高质量发展的思考,提出了农业高质量发展的含义;分析了黑龙江省农业发展过程中存在主要问题,并结合黑龙江省的实际提出了黑龙江省农业高质量发展的若干建议。
High quality development is the important standard and the trend of social development.Through to the thinking of agricultural high quality development,this article puts forward the meaning of agricultural high quality development,analyzes the main problems in the process of agricultural development of Heilongjiang province,and combines the actual conditions of Heilongjiang province which puts forward several suggestions on of agriculture high quality development in Heilongjiang province.
