摘要
目的探讨每日使用2片硝苯地平控释片(拜新同)与每日使用1片硝苯地平控释片(拜新同)控制透析间期高血压的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月-2016年7月本院收治的60例维持性血液透析间期高血压病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组所有患者服用硝苯地平控释片(拜耳医药保健有限公司,国药准字J20130115)60 mg·d^(-1),对照组所有患者服用硝苯地平控释片30mg·d^(-1),治疗4周后比较2组的血压控制水平、临床效果及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片的降压效果与其剂量相关,每日2片硝苯地平控释片比每日1片给药的降压效果更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of 2 nifedipine controlled-release tablets and 1 nifedipine controlled-release tablet in the maintenance hemodialysis hypertension. Methods Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis hypertension in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group （30 patients in each group）. The observation group was treated with 2 nifedipine controlled-release tablets, while the control group was treated with 1 nifedipine controlled-release tablet. The hypertension control level, clinical effect and adverse reaction between the 2 groups were compared 4 weeks after the treatment respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The level of SBP and DBP after the treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10%, lower than that in the control group （13.3%）, with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of 2 nifedipine controlled- release tablets is better than 1 nifedipine controlled-release tablet in the maintenance hemodialysis hypertension, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
