摘要
目的探讨高血压采用硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗效果及对血清尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)、内生肌酐清除率(clearance,Ccr)的影响。方法应用随机数字表法将2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的100例高血压患者分为两组,各50例,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗。记录两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清SUA、Ccr水平。结果观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP、SUA水平均较对照组降低(P<0.05),血清Ccr水平较对照组升高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗总有效率(96.00%vs.76.00%)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗高血压疗效确切,可降低血清SUA水平,提高Ccr水平。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets for hypertension and the effect on serum uric acid(SUA)and endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr).Methods 100 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets.The clinical efficacy and serum levels of SUA and CCR before and after treatment were recorded.Results The levels of SBP,DBP and SUA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the level of serum CCR was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group(96.00%vs.76.00%)was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets have a definite effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can significantly reduce serum SUA levels and increase Ccr levels.
