摘要
水刺非织造材料经后整理后用作建筑工程中的屋面防水材料,不仅要具备良好的透湿透气性能,还需具备优良的抗撕裂特性.基于欧洲标准中屋面防水卷材撕裂性能(钉杆法)的测试方法,通过改变钉杆撕裂试验中夹持距离、拉伸速率、钉子尺寸等各试验参数,分析了试验参数变化对试验结果的影响.结果表明:对屋面防水用涤纶短纤水刺非织造材料撕裂性能采用钉杆法测试,试验参数设为试样宽度为100mm、钉子孔中心距上夹持器的距离为100mm、拉伸速率为100mm/min、钉子直径为2.5mm、钉子孔中心距试样下端边缘的距离为65mm时,测试方法较合理,能较客观反映材料的撕裂性能.
Spunlaced nonwovens can be used as roof waterproofing materials in architectural engineering after finished. It not only has good moisture and air permeability properties, but also has excellent resistance to tearing. Based on European standards about roof waterproofing sheets test method (nail shank) of tearing performance and through change clamp distance, stretching rate, nail size and other test parameters in nail shank tests, the results effects caused by parameters changes were analyzed. The results show that it can use nail shank method to test tearing performance of polyester staples spunlaced nonwovens which are used as roof waterproofing materials. When specimen width is set as 100 mm, distance between the center of nail hole and upper grip is set as 100 ram, stretching rate is set as 100 mm/ min, nail diameter is set as 2.5 mm and distance between the center of the nail hole and specimen lower end edge is set as 65 mm, nail shank test method is reasonable, and it will reflect the materials tearing performance objectively.
