摘要
研究温度和拉伸速率对胎面材料拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:胎面材料的拉伸力学性能对拉伸速率具有一定的敏感性;在0~90℃温度范围内及大应变时,胎面材料的拉伸模量随温度升高而减小;在-30℃时,应力-应变曲线表现出"玻璃态"的特性,拉伸模量明显提高。Mooney-Rivlin模型模拟结果与试验结果相一致。
The influence of temperature and stretching rate on the mechanical properties of tread materials were investigated.The results showed that,the tensile mechanical properties of tread materials showed certain sensitivity to stretching rates.The tensile modulus of tread materials decreased with the increase of temperature in the temperature range of 0 ~ 90 ℃ under large strain.The stress-strain curve showed the characteristics of glassy state and the tensile modulus significantly increased at the temperature of-30 ℃. The simulation results of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model were consistent with experimental results.
