摘要
目的了解湖南省不同性别、年龄成人糖尿病的流行现状和分布,为开展糖尿病预防控制工作提供依据。方法利用2013-2014年湖南省慢性病及其危险因素监测数据,分析全省18岁及以上成人城乡、不同性别及年龄组人群糖尿病的流行现状。结果共调查男性3 245人、女性4 426人,城市2 930人、农村4 741人,18~岁972人、40~岁3 768人、60~岁2 931人。调查人群糖尿病患病率为8.9%(95%CI:6.4~11.5),随年龄增长而升高,至60~岁年龄组糖尿病患病率达最高,为16.5%。60~岁男性糖尿病患病率显著低于女性(14.8%vs.18.3%,P<0.05),城市18~岁年龄组糖尿病患病率低于农村人群(1.6%vs.4.3%,P<0.05)。糖尿病前期患病率为18.6%(95%CI:12.3~24.9),随年龄增长而升高,至60~岁年龄组糖尿病前期患病率达最高,为27.3%。18~岁年龄组男性糖尿病前期患病率显著低于女性(P<0.01)。糖尿病患病知晓率为34.8%。18~岁组糖尿病患病知晓率(9.4%)明显低于40~岁组(38.8%,P<0.01)和60~岁组(42.3%,P<0.01)。60~岁男性糖尿病患病知晓率显著低于女性(P<0.001)。结论湖南省2013-2014年糖尿病患病率和糖尿病前期患病率较高,患病知晓率较低,应重点加强老年人群和农村地区的糖尿病防治工作。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and distribution of diabetes among adults with different genders and ages in Hunan Province so as to provide evidence for conducting diabetes prevention and control. Methods The data regarding surveillance on chronic diseases and their risk factors in Hunan Province during 2013-2014 were used to analyze the prevalence of diabe- tes in urban/rural and male/female adults aged 18- years in Hunan Province. Results A total of 3,245 males, 4,426 fe- males, 2,930 urban residents, 4,741 rural residents, 972 adults aged 18-〈40 years, 3,768 adults aged 40-〈60 years and 2,931 adults aged 60- years were surveyed. The prevalence rate of diabetes in the surveyed adults was 8.9% （95% CI：6.4-11.5% ）. It increased with the increasing age and reached its peak （ 16.5% ） in the age group of 60- years. The prevalence rate was significant- ly lower in males than in females in the age group of 60- years （ 14.8% vs. 18.3%, P〈0.05） , and lower in urban residents than in rural residents in the age group of 18-〈40 years （1.6% vs. 4.3%, P〈0.05）. The prevalence rate of pre-diabetes was 18.6% （95%CI： 12.3-24.9）. It increased with the increasing age and reached its peak （27.3%） in the age group of 60- years, and was significantly lower in males than in females in the age group of 18-〈40 years （P〈0.01）. The awareness rate of self-diabetes status was 34.8%. It was significantly lower in the age group of 18-〈40 years than in the age group of 40-〈60 years （9.4% vs. 38.8%, P〈0.01） as well as of 60- years （9.4% vs. 42.3%, P〈0.01） , and lower in males than in females in the age group of 60- years （P〈0.00I）. Conclusions The prevalence rates of diabetes and pre-diabetes in Hunan Province in 2013-2014 were high, while the awareness rate of self-diabetes status was low. Targeted strategies of prevention and treatment of diabetes should be en- hanced among the aged and rural population.
