摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在ICU护生临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月-2015年2月在ICU实习的48名护生为对照组,采用传统方法进行临床实习带教。选取2015年7月-2016年2月在ICU实习的52名护生为观察组,将品管圈活动运用到临床实习带教中。比较2组护生的理论、技能操作考核成绩及对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组的理论与操作考核成绩及对带教教师的满意度测评分均高于对照组。结论将品管圈活动运用到ICU护生临床实习带教中,有效提升了实习护生的理论与技能操作成绩及临床带教老师的专业素质。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the quality control circle (QCC) activities in the clinical practice of nursing students in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods Forty-eight nursing students conducting the clinical practice between July 2014 and February 2015 were chosen into the control group and taught in the traditional method, while 52 participating in the clinical practice between July 2015 and February 2016 were selected into the observation group and QCC activities were introduced to their teaching. The theoretical and operational skill scores, the satisfaction to teachers were compared between the 2 groups. Results All the measurements of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Applying QCC activities in the clinical practice of nursing students in ICU , effectively enhance the theory and skills of nursing students in clinical practice, as well as the professional quality of clinical teachers.
