摘要
目的系统评价耳穴治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普全文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wan Fang Data)、Pub Med、Web of Science、EMbase、MEDLINE(Ovid)和Cochrane Library等数据库,搜集耳穴治疗高脂血症的相关临床随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均从建库至2016-12-31。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇随机对照试验,包括1 115例患者。Meta分析结果:从总有效率来看,耳针联合中西药与单纯中西药降脂疗效相似,耳穴联合改变生活方式的降脂疗效优于单纯改变生活方式降脂,耳针与西药降脂疗效相似,耳穴联合体针的降脂疗效优于单纯体针降脂。结论耳穴降脂有一定疗效且相对安全。但因纳入试验数有限且文献质量较低,需要设计更严格的随机对照试验来进一步验证上述结论。
Objective To systematically assess the clinical effects of auricular point on the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods We electronically searched databases including CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Data,Pub Med,Web of Science,EMbase,MEDIINE( Ovid),and Cochrane Library to collect randomized controlled trials( RCT) of auricular point for hyperlipidemia from inception to December 31,2016. Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Then,meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results A total of 9 literatures and 1115 patients were included. The Results of Meta-analysis indicated: in terms of the total effective rate,the auricular needle combined with Chinese and western medicine,and simple Chinese and western medicine have similar effects on lipid-lowering. The lipid-lowering effect of auricular point combined with changing the lifestyle is better than simply changing the lifestyle. Auricular point and western medicine have similar effects on lipid-lowering. The lipid-lowering effect of auricular point combined with body acupuncture is superior to the simply body acupuncture. Conclusion Auricularia point has a certain efficacy and relatively safe on lipid-lowering. However,due to the limited number of trials and the low quality of the literature,a more rigorous randomized controlled trial is needed to further validate the above Conclusions.
