摘要
目的:观察电针联合耳针治疗胃肠腑热型肥胖并发高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法:将130例胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症女性患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组65例。依据中医辨证施治的基本原则,两组均采用针刺加电针治疗,另对治疗组联合耳针治疗,持续3个月。分别观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征、肥胖指标、血脂含量的变化及其疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者体质量、肥胖度、BMI指数、体脂百分率较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01);两组患者脂质含量中,TC、TG、LDL-C治疗后较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01),HDL-C有显著回升(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组血脂各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合耳针或单独电针治疗胃肠腑热型肥胖并发高脂血症患者均具有良好的减肥作用及对异常的脂质代谢均具有良性调整作用,且电针联合耳针疗法在减肥效应及改善脂质代谢上优于单纯电针疗法。
Objective： To observe the clinical ei cacy of electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture in treating patients with obesity of stomach-intestine excessive heat type complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods： One hundred and thirty cases of patients with simple obesity of stomach-intestine excessive heat type complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 65 cases in each group. According to the basic principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, patients in control group were treated with acupuncture and electro-acupuncture, and patients in treatment group were treated with ear-acupuncture based on the treatment of acupuncture and electro-acupuncture for 3 months. Symptoms, physical signs, obesity indexes, changes of lipid contents and the curative effect of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the weight, obesity degree, BMI, body fat percentage of patients in two groups were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）, the correlative indexes of lipid contents of patients in two groups as TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）, and the level of HDL-C was increased significantly（P〈0.01）. The difference in blood lipid indicators between the two groups was significant after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture and pure electro-acupuncture therapy had good antiobesity effect and adjustment effect on abnormal lipid metabolism on patients with simple obesity of stomach-intestine excessive heat type complicated with hyperlipidemia, and the curative effect of therapy of electro-acupuncture combined with ear-acupuncture on antiobesity and improving lipid metabolism was superior to that of pure electro-acupuncture therapy.
