摘要
近年来突发环境事件应急演练作为环境应急管理工作的重要组成部分,不断受到重视。各级环保部门和有关单位组织了大量演练活动。本文总结了演练组织实施活动中的主要工作内容,归纳了当前演练工作中的要点和不足,结合应急工作的发展趋势,提出加强环境应急演练系统化的建议,供今后环境应急管理工作参考。
Emergency rehearsal of environmental emergencies in recent years, as an important part of environmental emergency management, has been paid more and more attention. Environmental protection departments at all levels and relevant units organized a large number of exercises. This paper summarizes the main contents of the drill organization and implementation activities, summarizes the main points and shortcomings in the current rehearsal work, and puts forward suggestions for strengthening the systematization of the environmental emergency drill in light of the development trend of the emergency work for future reference of environmental emergency management.
