摘要
开展环境风险评估,完善环境风险防范措施和管理制度,是有效防范突发环境事件发生的前提和重要保障。本文以钢铁企业为例,从危险源辨识、危害分析、防范措施等方面分析钢铁环境风险评估的技术要点,为钢铁企业环境风险评估及编制评估报告提供依据。
Carrying out environmental risk assessment and perfecting precautionary measures and management system of environmental risks are prerequisites and important guarantees for effectively preventing the occurrence of unexpected environmental incidents. Taking steel enterprises as an example, this paper analyzes the technical points of steel environment risk assessment from the aspects of hazard source identifcation, hazard analysis and preventive measures, which provides the basis for steel enterprises environmental risk assessment and preparation of assessment report.
