武陵山西部两栖爬行动物资源调查及多样性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为深入了解武陵山西部(贵州省、重庆境内)两栖爬行类的资源分布和物种多样性特征,于2014年8月及2015年4—5月对武陵山西部贵州省、重庆市境内的国家级自然保护区和森林公园的两栖爬行动物资源进行了实地调查。本次调查共采获两栖类2目8科24属43种,爬行类2目12科37属56种,其中我国特有种29种,列入中国濒危动物红皮书的22种。此外,经查阅资料对调查区域内两栖爬行动物名录进行了补充完善。结果表明,调查区域内物种大多为东洋界物种和广布种,仅有中国林蛙Rana chensinensis为古北界物种。G-F物种多样性指数分析发现,该区域内两栖爬行类物种多样性整体较高,且爬行类的指数均高于两栖类。与以往研究成果对比,当地两栖爬行类动物多样性形势相对稳定,但由于当地经济发展迅速,为维持生态系统稳定和经济可持续发展,应进一步加强栖息地保护。 The resource of amphibians and reptiles in western Wuling Mountains (Guizhou province and Chongqing municipality) is relatively abundant. In order to make a further understanding on the resource distribution and species diversity of herpetology in western Wuling Mountains, a field survey was conducted in Guizhou (August 2014) and Chongqing (from April to May 2015). A total of 43 amphibian species (belonging to 24 genera, 8 families, and 2 orders) and 56 reptile species (belonging to 37 genera, 12 families, and 2 orders) were recorded. Among of which, 29 species are endemic to China, and 22 species are listed in China Red Data Book of Endangered Animals. Most of the species in this region are Oriental realm species and cosmopolitan species, while Rana chensinensis is the only Palearctic realm species. The G-F index was used to analyze the species diversity of the recorded amphibians and reptiles. The results indicated that the index trend was complex in the studied area. In general, the diversity index of reptiles was higher than amphibians. It can be concluded that the biodiversity of amphibians and reptiles are plentiful. Effective measure should be taken to protect the biodiversity for the sustainable development of Wuling Mountains.
