摘要
目的探讨有效的东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪检测质量控制措施。方法分别选取实施质量控制措施前后的1 020份使用东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪进行生化检验的健康体检者血液样本作为研究对象,对比分析质量控制措施实施前后东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪的检测结果。结果实施质量控制后,东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪检测的直接胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、谷草转氨酶、尿酸水平,与实施质量控制前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总胆红素、尿素氮、肌酐及血清葡萄糖水平,与实施质量控制前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在使用东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪进行生化检测的过程中,实施针对性的质量控制措施,能够有效消除不良干扰因素,从而提高生化检测结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the effective quality control measuresof Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer. MethodsBlood samples of 1 020 healthy physical examinees before and after theimplementation of quality control measures were selected as the researchsubjects using Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer, andthe test results of Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzerbefore and after the implementation of quality control measures werecompared. Results After the implementation of quality control, directbilirubin, Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer test GGTP(gamma glutamyl transpeptidase), aspertate aminotransferase, uric acidlevel, and there was significant difference before the implementation ofquality control (P 〈 0.05); There was no significant difference in totalbilirubin, urea nitrogen, creatinine and serum glucose levels before and afterthe implementation of quality control (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion In the processof using Toshiba TBA2000FR biochemical detection automatic biochemicalanalyzer, the implementation of the specifc quality control measures, caneffectively eliminate the adverse factors, so as to improve the accuracy ofbiochemical test results.
