摘要
目的:利用代谢组学方法鉴定中药芪苓颗粒治疗高尿酸血症大鼠的疗效及其安全性。方法:通过腺嘌呤灌胃及氧嗪酸钾皮下注射建立高尿酸血症模型,结合血清生化检测数据及代谢组学检测数据,对中药治疗后的安全性进行评价。结果:建立了稳定的高尿酸血症模型。建立了稳定的高尿酸血症模型,中药干预后比较,发现大鼠血清生化检测中尿酸及低密度脂蛋白水平降低,代谢组学检测中氨基酸、脂肪酸及糖类的代谢存在明显差异。结论:验证了中药芪苓颗粒治疗高尿酸血症有明确的疗效,证明其治疗过程同时对糖脂的代谢还有着一定的促进作用,且不存在代谢脏器的损伤。结果:建立了稳定的高尿酸血症模型,中药干预后比较,发现大鼠血清生化检测中尿酸及低密度脂蛋白水平降低,代谢组学检测中氨基酸、脂肪酸及糖类的代谢存在明显差异。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese compound Qiling Granules in the treatment of hyperuricemia rats by metabolomics. Methods: The model of hyperuricemia was established by gavage of adenine and subcutaneous injection of oteracil potassium. The safety of Chinese medicine was evaluated by combining serum biochemicalparameters and metabolomics data. Results: A stable hyperuricemia model was established, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese compound Qiling Granules in the treatment of hyperuricemia was confirmed. Results: The stable high uric acid hematic disease model has been set up. Comparing the result form treatment by chinese herbs,find the content of UA and LDL in decline after examining biochemistry indexes and the metabolism of amino acids, fatty acid and sugars have changed. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese compound Qiling Granules has a clear effect in the treatment of hyperuricemia, and it can promote metabolic rate of sugars and lipids, with no damage to other metabolic organs. Results: Setting up the stable high uric acid hematic disease model. Comparing the result form treatment by chinese herbs, find the content of UA and LDL in decline after examining biochemistry indexes and the metabolism of amino acids, fatty acid and sugars have changed.
