摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着信息技术在社会各领域中的应用越来越广泛,对于卫生人力资源管理而言,信息技术的应用既是机遇又是挑战。信息技术的应用,必定对卫生人力资源管理人员的要求越来越高,另外在完善人力资源管理信息化建设后,其管理效率与管理全面性也有着一定的改善。文章主要从卫生人力资源管理的现实意义出发,以目前卫生人力资源信息化管理存在的问题为切入点,探究其建设途径。
Since the 21st century, with the information technology application in the feld of society more and more widely, for the health of human resource management, the application of information technology is both an opportunity and challenge. Depend on the application of information technology, will be more and more high to the requirement of health human resource management. In addition, after improving the construction of human resource management information, the management effciency and management comprehensiveness also have certain improvement. Based on the practical significance of human resource management in health, this paper explores its construction approach based on the existing problems of human resource information management.
